A fun little toy that I made for my loving cat, Nina. It's a simplified yet larger version of similar mazes found in stores. Credits also go to Sebastian_v650, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1376759. The idea is to drop some tasty treats into the middle of the plate and let your cat figure out how to grab them. My Nina struggled at first, but after a couple of days, she became smarter and found several shortcuts to get the prize! I even added a little video showing Nina in action! (https://youtu.be/K9ANOgDozwQ). This system is perfect for feeding cats slowly and making them work for their treats. The four assembled plates measure 28.3 by 26.4 cm, or 11.1 by 10.4 inches, and you'll need 90 sticks to make it happen. Print Settings Printer: Orbot Supports: No Notes: I printed this in PLA with a 0.5 mm nozzle and 0.4mm layer thickness, using no supports at all. The filling was set at 10% for the plates and 25% for the sticks. I recommend printing at least three border layers and four top layers. For speed reasons, it's best to print the sticks in horizontal position.
