This is an extremely straightforward oscillot-inspired cat fence design, essentially a simplified version of its more complex counterpart. Since I haven't personally printed it out yet, you'll need to print the fence component as many times as necessary for your desired fence length and then print two holders to attach them securely to the fence itself.
