This is a model based on the vintage Japanese Cat Eye RR-250-WU wheel reflectors. They aren't easy to find anymore, so I decided to make my own.

The model is fully parametric, so you should be able to scale it to your desired dimensions. I used M4x10mm socket screws and M4 washers to fasten the reflector to the nuts. The plastic nuts were threaded using an M4 tap, but you can also use M4x16mm screws and a hex nut.

I used the 3M 3432 Red Micro Prismatic Sheeting Reflective Tape (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007Y7HS7A) for the front and rear surfaces. You may get nice results using clear filament.

Parts (Option 1):

2x M4x10mm socket screws

2x M4 washers

M4 tap

3M 3432 Red Micro Prismatic Sheeting Reflective Tape (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007Y7HS7A)

Parts (Option 2):

2x M4x16mm socket screws

2x M4 washers

2x M4 nuts

3M 3432 Red Micro Prismatic Sheeting Reflective Tape (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007Y7HS7A)
