I printed these ears flat on my print bed, and they turned out perfectly. As long as the ears are securely fastened in their designated positions, the clip shouldn't break. However, the success rate may depend on your specific printer model, so it's best to try printing this ear upside down on the print bed. The infill percentage is key when relying on my printer. If your printer has excellent overhang capabilities, you might be able to get away with minimal or no infill at all.
