Cat-Ear Headband Designed For 3D Printing. UPDATE: Added V2 For Thicker Headband And Removable Inserts. This headband was designed specifically for 3D printing with optional inserts to add a touch of color or personalization. The band features small nubbins that grip the hair, and the ears have attachment points that allow some flexibility in the headband. This model can be scaled up or down without issues, but as-is it is designed for an 8-year-old's size. When slicing, keep it light - use one perimeter and a low infill percentage. A 5% infill with a honeycomb or gyroid pattern works well for added stiffness. Print at the lowest layer height you're comfortable with, although 0.2mm prints great.
