V2 Edit: Version 2 uses hexagonal plugs rather than dowels to bring the two pieces together. The two parts have also been separated into two prints, as I found that printing one piece flat and the other vertical resulted in some sagging from the vertical piece that made alignment more difficult.------I have a couple of dog gates that conveniently also come with a smaller cat door in side the gate, like this one. The cat gate worked fine with my bigger dog, but when we got puppies, they were able to fit through the “cat door.” This model is designed to be printed on a smaller printer (i.e., Prusa Mini+) and then put together so it can be used as a router template on a piece of wood. Also included is the creative file, so if you want to make it bigger and can print it on a larger printer, and print it as one solid piece, you could do that (instead of using it as a router template).
