If you want bigger cookies you may resize the model in your slicer (just X and Y, without Z - unless you will use pretty thick cookie dough). The best result should be with exacly 2 walls on top parts (100% size with 0.4mm nozzle, 125% with 0.5mm etc.) You need a minimum of ~3mm thick dough. Below 2mm you will get only outline and eyes.
