This clip is a replacement for a broken one on my cat carrier, and it works perfectly fine. I printed it at an infill of 80% in PLA material, which was a good choice given its durability. Print Settings Printer: My Turnigy Mini Fabrikator did the job well. Rafts: None were needed to secure the print. Supports: The model required some supports to ensure stability. Resolution: I set it to .2 mm for maximum detail. Infill: 80% infill gave it a good balance between weight and structure. Notes: I designed this clip in TurboCad 21 Platinum, then printed it using Repetier Host. You may need to adjust the width slightly to fit your cat carrier, but it should work well on most units.
