The cat carrier's retaining peg has vanished, leaving our feline friend free to push open the door at will. After some prodding from my wife, who hinted strongly that she'd rather purchase a new carrier than wait for me to act, I decided to spring into gear and put our 3D printer through its paces. First, I carefully measured the remaining peg using a micrometer, then translated those measurements into a precise design using OpenSCAD. I'm thoroughly pleased with how it turned out - printed with robust supports in place.
