This is a custom-fit adapter for the 8-port CAT5e Data Module available at Home Depot, manufactured by CE Tech. It utilizes the module's built-in push-pins for secure attachment. The mounting instructions call for installation in their metal data enclosure, but I opted not to purchase their box. Nonetheless, I needed an efficient 8-port patch panel that could be mounted directly on a wall. Print with correct orientation.
