This project was constructed using 2x2x1/4 angle iron and a cable spool obtained from a neighbor, who happens to be a power linesman. Wheel barrow tires were attached as gage wheels to rotate the spool. The spool was then wrapped in expanded metal and fitted with a door for loading purposes; it has proven to be highly effective.
