I have designed a rain protection system and a safety enclosure for kids so they can't get their hands caught in the rollers of the casters. If you only want to use the rain protection, print the version without the oval attachment. You'll need to secure it with a cable tie and drill a hole through each caster to mount the rain protection. If you're using all the parts, no mounting on the castors is required.
