I was annoyed when everything wouldn't fit inside the box (including the playmat) with acryllic tiles. I realized if I removed the L box that came with the game + the small box. I could fit the playmat in the top layer along with the bags with a small amount of space left. I used this space to build another box organization for all of the pieces that don't have a dedicated spot in the bottom two trays. The warehouse/shipping tiles will be put in a different cloth bag like the other tiles. I cover up each round space with a single random tile and then draw from the bag when I setup the each round. PS I printed one round of this and it was close to perfect, but had a couple of tight zones. I expanded them and have uploaded without a print (no need to have 2 because my v1 was good enough). Added a quick lid, that will require a rubber band to stay connected.
