Castle Walls
pinshape
With paddles in each hand, kids can dig up the sand for castle walls while creating intricate tessellation patterns that add a perfect touch. The paddles are designed using Creo 2.0 software. The size of each paddle was determined by two key factors: the dimensions of the MakerBot Replicator Desktop 3D Printer's print bed, and what would work best for the tessellation pattern on the bricks. The mortar edges can be overlapped both horizontally and vertically to create a seamless pattern. A window fits perfectly into this design, adding an attractive visual element from the outside. In contrast, a door should be cut directly into the wall for entry, as it wouldn't look right as a stamped design.
