Castle Twist was a two-week passion project that brought a beloved world to life. Conceived, designed, and built from scratch, this game was inspired by the timeless magic of Barbie. To play, each player is equipped with four precision-crafted 10mm marbles and one powerful catapult. The objective is straightforward yet challenging: knock down all four marbles into the small tower in front of you. However, hitting the larger tower has a twist - it triggers a mechanical bridge, sending all marbles tumbling back to the starting point, forcing players to restart. Printed components can be assembled separately and connected for an immersive gaming experience. The "Trichter und Turm klein" design offers flexibility; although printing them as one piece is possible, I've yet to explore this option. Castle Twist was created by Timoflury & Nicolaborrer BA Industrial Design ZHdK, a talented duo who brought their expertise in industrial design and innovation to the project.
