Castle Towers

Castle Towers

Some of the first things I designed when I first got my 3D printer. It's possible to print with 0% infill but set the modifier to ~10% so you can get a good top base. Or use progressive infill like PrusaSlicer's “Support Cubic” if the slicer supports it. Only needs one perimeter provided “ensure vertical shell thickness” if left on.

If printed with a single perimeter, these towers can be easily broken using a variety of projectiles (see photo). Or print using flexible filament like TPE/TPU to make them nearly indestructible.

Some of these were modeled in OpenSCAD, others in sketchup (maker edition 2017).
