This organizer is engineered to print with a .8 nozzle, with .4 and .2 also working fine as well. The fit is fairly loose, as it's simply designed to repurpose the large rectangular slot. Your printed walls should be approximately 1.6mm thick. The Castle Panic big box is likely about twice its necessary size yet somehow the designers couldn't be bothered to make it hold sleeved cards. Once you fill out the organizer and put the components in their assigned slots, the large rectangular slot where all the expansions were bagged will be empty. I built a drop-in card organizer that comfortably holds all the sleeved cards with premium sleeves. The slots from left to right are Castle Deck, Wizard Deck, Resource Deck, Agranok, and Removed from game. As you add expansions, you'll remove specific cards from the game, which is why this design works best with three expansions. This way, you don't have to break down the decks at the end of the game.
