This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 13 and then adapted into multiple formats for compatibility. Native format is .skp, with a corresponding 3ds Max scene version that leverages 2016 capabilities, utilizing Vray 3.00 rendering technology for polished results. This version represents the contractor's completed work without any alterations. The intersecting crosses in the floors are calibration marks used to maintain structural accuracy during construction. The entire building was constructed using a master blueprint, allowing precise replication of architectural features. Further insights into project planning can be found within the outliner, which includes relevant data and notes. Many component pieces were prefabricated off-site to streamline the assembly process. I extend special gratitude to Double E for providing the bathroom components - they're not only functional but also aesthetically appealing. I appreciate their generosity, acknowledging that certain items may appear slightly outdated due to the project's constraints. Viewing the rear elevation prompts an interesting observation: it closely resembles a grain silo featured on my model train set! The surprise caught me off guard. Thankfully, my CAD background served as a valuable asset in navigating geometry challenges during construction. Training sessions paid off significantly in this context. With the structure now complete, it's time to focus on furnishing and accessorizing.
