I've been following BigStackD, ArtByAdRock, and Vog as they create casting coins. They've made some impressive pieces, and I've been eager to try my hand at it too. Here's my take on casting coins - though I haven't casted them yet, I'd love to see how others fare if you beat me to it. Please post some pics and share your thoughts. I made a mistake by leaving the SD coins floating, but I adjusted for that by making it negative 1 on the Z axis so they can sit lower and still print just fine. Feel free to use whatever settings work best for you - I used a raft with my printer at 210C nozzle temperature and 70C bed temperature. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
