Caster wheel boot pad

I upgraded my office with sleek new floors and didn't want my favorite desk chair's caster wheels leaving unsightly marks behind. To prevent marking up the floor due to direct contact from the chair's wheels, I engineered custom foot pads / boots for them. On each foot pad, I attached a felt furniture pad to the underside, effectively preventing scuffing on the floors. Yes, the boot hinders the wheel from rolling, but that was a deliberate tradeoff and an integral part of my design. I created the boot using the free version of Google Sketchup and aimed to solve the problem with minimal material usage. The final model took my MakerBot about 30 minutes to print each boot, which I still think is too long for this purpose. I'd love to see a simpler solution that prints under 10 minutes on my configuration, but currently, I've printed out what I need and don't feel like tweaking further adjustments. Sorry, but it's the truth.
