Detailed instructions can be found at: https://github.com/jtubb/FaceShield. A rapid prototype face shield for front-line medical workers is being developed. The objective was to create a face shield that could be made quickly with materials not typically consumed by other Covid-19 response efforts, easy to sanitize and replace parts, and keeping the price point under $2 per unit. When finished, you'll have a mold that can make approximately 25 visors in 15 minutes, timing the pours correctly allowing continuous casting. The mold can be reused thousands of times. This project is released under the Creative Commons Zero Universal license. You may do whatever you like with these designs; my advice is to work closely with the medical workers who will use these face shields to ensure they are being used appropriately.
