I created a simple tool for someone who injured themselves and now has to wear a cast. They can use it to scratch inside the cast instead of trying to find other methods, which might not be safe. If you print this out, make sure to sand down the edges so they're smooth - you don't want to risk damaging the skin. Just be careful when using something like this!
