Cast Iron Skillet 3D model
cgtrader
A high-resolution cast iron skillet model has been developed using Blender 2.74 and rendered in Cycles. The mesh features clean topology with quads only, no ngons, and unapplied modifiers for easy geometry control. Included modifiers are subsurf and mirror. The material is procedural and texture-based, created with nodes for Cycles Render, requiring no image textures. A compositing setup is provided to render the model isolated from its environment, with alpha values as a background. Renders were made in Cycles at 2000 samples using subsurf modifier level 2, and wireframe renders are included without the subsurf modifier. The model is real-world sized, with X=0.297m, Y=0.466m, and Z=0.042m in Blender units. The blend file includes materials and modifiers, while other formats only export the mesh. If a low poly game-ready version is desired, please let me know.
