We're excited to share with you a great option for our short conveyor belts, which we use frequently: this particular model - not part of the project - but only the cast iron double mold required to make pastries! The entire setup is reminiscent of earlier equipment, which was also used by hand to make meat bags - we now do it fully automatically here: filling with precision using cast-iron double-swivel molds - filling first comes some dough, then any desired filling - top off with another layer of dough.
