We're adding another cast-iron plate to our heating section: with the baking plate, we produce series for three macaroon-like pastries - in nine series. This means that at the end of the baking process, three pieces of pastry are packaged in plastic. We use plastic because PET, a common material, is easy to clean. Grease and plastic can be recycled based on their type. Standard paper, however, absorbs grease and must be disposed of as special waste - making it unusable!
