Cast Brass Machinist Hammer pattern and core box
thingiverse
These two components can be printed in PLA and utilized as molds to cast a brass or copper machinist hammer. The parts require mirroring to yield four components in total. The two halves of the core box are employed to create a core from sand and sodium silicate or sand and epoxy resin. The hammer head halves fit together to produce a split pattern for the sand mold. The core fits into the mold to generate a void for the hammer handle. You will need to obtain a hammer handle that suits. I located mine on https://www.ebay.com/itm/261777725092.
