Cassette Tape Wallet

Cassette Tape Wallet

This is a recreation of an idea I had as a teenager, but now it's well designed with no cellotape used. A Cassette tape wallet features a press down latch at the top that opens up with an overly complicated hinge. The actual card holding aspect is incomplete, so I plan to make it out of leather and attach it to either side, then update the design with the finished photo. All the parts should have a tolerance that allows free motion when necessary, and other parts fit together so they click in place. Some sanding may be needed on parts due to their small size; any machine error will cause large effects. However, I've bought a print of it, so we'll see how it turns out. Some parts need to be printed multiple times: Cassette Latch x2, Cassette Runner x2, Knuckle Mount Top x6, Knuckle Hinge 1 x2, Knuckle Hinge 2 x2, Knuckle Hinge Centre 1 x1, Knuckle Hinge Centre 2 x1, Cassette Tape Face A x1, and Cassette Tape Face B x1. I made a small alteration so that the runners and latches are both on the same face, eliminating any possible twisting issues.
