However, I stumbled upon Jon's file, which is cleverly split into two separate pieces, requiring a subsequent printing and gluing process for a cleaner finish. In search of an alternative solution, I took on the challenge of merging these two sections into a single solid shape. While the top surface would maintain its smooth appearance, the bottom section demanded some added attention due to its intricate structure and inherent need for internal support. Instructions To bring this unique 3D printed cassette design to life, you will inevitably require strategic addition of internal supports to reinforce its framework and maintain structural integrity throughout the printing process. So don't be discouraged – add those necessary support layers!
