My wife suggested entering the IceBox Challenge, but we need something to rapidly chill a casserole. Simply placing the dish on a glass shelf won't do; cold air can't effectively reach it from below. What if I use this device instead? The IceBox Challenge allows me to position a dish so that when it touches the sensor, a fan begins blowing air underneath it for a certain amount of time.
