Casio PT-20 Battery Door
thingiverse
I required a replacement battery for my Casio PT-20, but couldn't locate one, so I designed one in Fusion 360. After refining the design through about five iterations, I was satisfied with the final result. The design relies mainly on friction-fit, yet it holds securely. For optimal results, print the design upside down to achieve a smooth finish on the bottom of the Casio. To ensure proper fit, you'll need to add supports for the small tabs - if they sag excessively, you may encounter difficulties with the fit. I printed this model using AMZ3D PLA without any issues. If you have suggestions on how to enhance this design, please share them in the comments and I'll do my best to incorporate your ideas into future revisions.
