Casio FX-8700GB Battery Conversion

This old calculator relies on three CR2032 batteries and a backup one, but they quickly drain after just a few days. Building this battery case will upgrade it to use regular 9V batteries and add a switch to turn off power completely, potentially extending its lifespan indefinitely. The case might also accommodate other models from the same era, such as the FX-8700G, if their layout matches. However, I'm unsure about compatibility with others. Materials Needed: 2 used CR2032 batteries Thin wire (30ga gauge is preferred) Optional: Rocker Switch 12mm x 8mm 9V Battery Connector
