Casio CZ-1 Slider Knob
thingiverse
When I unwrapped my Casio CZ-1 synthesizer, one of its two slider knobs was nowhere to be found. So, I took apart the other one and created a 3D model, allowing me to print a precise replacement. This is a custom-made 'Volume / Stereo Chorus' slider knob designed specifically for the CZ-1. It's worth noting that this same knob is used on the Casio CZ-3000 and CZ-5000 synthesizers, making it applicable to those models as well. To see how I brought this design to life, check out my video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBFWIK6LN0c I printed this replacement knob using my Creality Ender 2 with default settings (0.2mm layer height, 20% infill). Both horizontal and vertical prints turned out perfectly, but I did need to add some support material during the printing process.
