I've been having some issues with my daughter's old Casio Celviano AP500 electric piano. Specifically, its keys are sagging under use. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that these rubber pieces have decayed and fallen apart... I've scoured the internet for replacement parts, but it turns out they cost a whopping USD3 each! With 88 keys in total, this is going to be a very expensive fix... The original components are made of a rubbery material, which makes them prone to wear and tear. To resolve this issue, I decided to 3D print new caps using flexible TPU filament. The attached STL files contain the complete set of caps needed for all 88 keys.
