For this project, I envisioned fusing elements from casinos with chess pieces. The board takes on a four-way chess layout, representing spade, clover, diamond, or heart suits. Crafted using a CNC machine and painted to perfection, the board sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. To emphasize their value, pawns are designed as miniature casino chips. Rooks transform into roulette markers, while knights morph into stacked dice. The bishop takes on the form of a card holder, adorned with vinyl-cut designs featuring aces, adding an extra layer of sophistication to this piece. Each wheel on the king's slot machine would spin independently, and incorporating a functional lever to activate them would add a thrilling interactive element. As the most coveted aspect of casinos, money is personified by the queen. Given its importance in casino games, it would be fascinating to see players strive to capture their opponent's "money."
