You will need a small casting for a winged nut that fits an M3 screw, commonly used for bed levelling on printers like the Anet A8. The part is designed slightly larger to account for PLA plastic shrinkage. If the part turns out too big or small, you can adjust it using the scaling option in your slicing software - a change of +/- 2% should be sufficient. You may need to clear some extra space at the back and front of the frame so the screw passes freely.
