I've been in need of a case for my 6S LiIon batteries to use on my drone so I started designing some for myself. Then I decided to design for variety of cell counts and shapes for the community. Here you will find cases for 2S to 6S batteries with linear, triangular, rectangular and compact shapes. Notes: Walls are 2mm thick so you may have problems printing with large nozzles (I use .3 mm nozzle) There is plenty of area for balance plug wires to go through.
