The teflon (or plastic?) roller wheel on the arm wore down - and the arm kept dropping out of the track. The windows are 20 years old and no parts are available. So I cut off the worn plastic and measured the parts. There was a stem on the arm that had a 9x2mm cap with a 6mm post. The track has a groove that's 15x6mm. I designed this to fit snugly in the track. The longer, straight piece is to keep it from dropping out of the opening.Pop the piece on, rotate to the right direction (my photo of it mounted has the longer part on the wrong side.) This gets forced up into the track. I have a photo of it in place. Spray some WD-40 in the track. Works like new!The round portion gets wider as it gets deeper - a 7 degree taper. This holds the cap in place and eliminates the need for supports when printing. I printed it in TPU.
