Case with opening for OLED 1.3" Display and power plug for OpenDTU Breakout Board

This remix has an opening for a commonly used 1.3" OLED-Display. Fixing can be done by a drop of glue or smoothly push of a soldering iron into the plastic pins. The used ESP32 board is pin-compatible with the one originally used, but smaller (shorter and one unit more slim). So the power supply was changed to a 3.5 x 1.35 jack. As antenna the internal type is used, so the spacing for the external antenna is closed now. For this case a board is used as developed in https://github.com/dokuhn/openDTU-BreakoutBoard.
