Case Raspberry Pi Camera V2 (universal mounting) and GoPro holder adapter
thingiverse
I designed and created a universal mounting case for the Raspberry Pi Camera Module V2, along with a GoPro compatible holder adapter. This innovative design allows you to mount the holder adapter from four different sides. Additionally, for cable reconnecting purposes, such as changing the cable length, you can demount just the front part of the case without removing the camera module or rear section from the holder. The camera's position remains unchanged throughout this process. You can easily create additional holder adapters as needed, eliminating the need to redesign the back part of the case and perform further disassembly. For example, I created adapters for original GoPro holders and TMC Aluminium holders with a black anodize finish. The printed parts are made from high-quality PETG material using the following settings: * Layer height: 0.10mm * Infill: 30% Grid * Vertical shells perimeters: 3 These settings produced the following printed components: Pos-001_Case-front Pos-002_Case-back Pos-004_Ring washer M2 For the holder adapter, I used slightly different settings: * Layer height: 0.15mm * Infill: 30% Grid * Vertical shells perimeters: 3 These settings resulted in the following printed components: Pos-003_Holder-adapter GoPro Pos-003_Holder-adapter GoPro AL (different dimensions) To assemble the case, I used the following purchased materials: 6x ISO 4762 Hexagon socket head cap screw M3x10 13x ISO 4032 Hexagon nut M3 4x ISO 7046-2 Countersunk flat head screw M2x5 H1
