This guide assists in placing a lid on a flat surface correctly. Its top is rounded for simple positioning, which then slides into the desired spot. Customizable features include corner angles, guide properties, and screw characteristics. The model is parametric, well-commented, and swift to print. The provided STL file works with lids featuring 90-degree interiors, using #6 wood screws and 82-degree countersinks. It's part of my parametric printer enclosure available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:39787. To use this guide, customize the "User-defined values." Adjust both guide and screw properties if necessary. Print a guide for each interior corner, installing with the lid in place, if possible, to ensure perfect positioning.
