Case for TTGO "T3_v1.6"

First revision of a case for TTGO Lora board, with PBC marked "T3 v1.6". The case snaps together semi-firmly. Tolerances are 0.15mm between parts, as shown in the file (*_150um.stl). Holes for LEDs are designed to be fitted with clear 1.75mm filament after printing, acting as light guides. To adjust tolerances, leave a comment or edit user parameters in the public Fusion 360 project: https://a360.co/2tjEkYa. Some notes on printing: UpStudio and UpMini models may have issues, but this design has a smooth surface unlike the picture suggests. Changelog: v9: First release. v10: Reduced hole size for SMA by 1mm. Increased cutout for power switch and increased chamfer for power and reset switch. Moved LCD cutout slightly.
