Case for Thermal Cut Off

Case for Thermal Cut Off

I was looking for an easy way to add a thermal cutout without soldering and with a fuse-type holder that's also replaceable. I came up with a solution using 2 Wago 2-terminal quick connects and a case with good airflow printed in PETG. This design keeps fingers away from the base wires and thermal fuse leads, which is great for safety. However, I plan to redo the case soon using PC CPE filament for higher heat resistance. For now, I chose a temperature trip value of 77 degrees Celsius as a precautionary measure to ensure my printed parts aren't damaged by excessive heat, especially when printing with Filamentum CPE.
