Case for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller with SDcard access and separate button

This version draws from wersy's design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:87250), enhanced with an sdcard access recess, in contrast to Srek's case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:195369) which uses a different separate button, requiring it to be printed in a single color. It is intended for use with the http://www.reprapdiscount.com/home/34-full-graphic-smart-lcd-controller.html and its clones. The button height issue in existing graphics display adapters available from Aliexpress has been addressed. The original switch is a little too thick for the original design, but this can be adjusted at the start of the .scad file to suit specific boards. Photos show the ABS version printed because the quality still needs fine-tuning due to my setup still not optimized yet; I'm working on getting better prints soon. The following STL files are needed for printing: mods_for_display_case_front.stl, mods_for_display_case_back.stl, and mods_for_display_case_button.stl. Regenerating from mods_for_display_case.scad will change the default setting of these STL files. Using the .scad file requires unzipping Case_for_the_Full_Graphic_Smart_LCD_Controller.zip with the original display case files into the same directory. The switch height parameter at the start can be edited to adjust button and surround heights. You should export one STL file at a time by uncommenting a part of the case, using F6 then Export>STL. Printing the button with its narrow side down results in a smooth surface visible from the user's side. However, it does require that your printer can handle overhangs well; I'm using my prusa i3 derivative, which works but others might not. If the flange looks daggy, simply trimming it quickly with a knife is enough since it isn't visible anyway.
