Here's a simple project to create a chip holder for an old RFID key (broken) that fits perfectly in your home alarm system. The case measures 27,5mm x 2,5mm and can be customized to fit any other dimension you need. The cap is the smallest part of the case at just 0.2mm, allowing it to fit snugly without glue. However, if needed, a small amount of glue can be used to secure it in place. A tiny notch has been included to make it easy to remove the cap after testing or before painting.
