This is a case for an SDS011 air quality monitor paired with Nettigo 0.2.1 I/O board, modified by Greenheat Systems. However, the heater operates continuously. To address this issue, the case features a slot for the Nettigo HECA system, which activates the heater only when humidity levels are too high for precise measurements (HECA is compatible with Nettigo firmware: https://github.com/nettigo/namf/blob/master/Versions.md). The case also accommodates four aluminum radiators (15x14.5x6mm) in slots. Key features added to the base case project include: - An air tunnel for air preparation - Slots for the heater, aluminum radiators, and HECA control system - An isobox that minimizes temperature sensor heat influence - Brackets for two sensors: DHT22 and BME280 - Two covers, one for an OLED 1306 screen - An SDS011 exhaust air duct Assembly Tips: The Nettigo 0.2.1 kit requires a slightly different assembly process than described in the manual. Refer to the photo illustrating the orientation of the SDS and I/O board. To ensure proper assembly, attach "aircover" and "heca rails" to the case. Position the SDS011 sensor before gluing the "isobox" into place. For enhanced heat separation, use 3mm India rubber foam both inside and outside the case.
