Printed as one piece from flexible PLA, this case has buttons that work, albeit with a slightly stiff feel. The filament used can be found at http://www.formfutura.com/3d-printing/filaments/eco-flexible-pla-1.75mm-3mm/black.html. An update was made on 2013-10-05, including the requested Rhino 5 file. There may be a difference of up to 0.1 mm between the .3dm and .stl files due to uncertain scaling. The case is approximately 1.7mm thick, printed with an extrusion width of 0.4 mm and a layer thickness of 0.2 mm. Removing support material was challenging due to Flex PLA's strong bonding layers; the hole for the mic might be off, necessitating further carving. Warping issues during printing could affect accuracy.
