Free case model for Raspberry Pi Zero, Zero W, Zero 2W; having a 40mm x 40mm x 10mm side fan. Put hot inserts if needed for M2.5 screws. (qty: 4) 4 to fix the Raspberry Pi Zero. Put hot inserts for M3 screws if needed. (qty: 12) 4 to fix the cut acrylics, 4 for the fan, 4 for the side hatch. The holes of mini HDMI and micro USB ports have been provided wider to connect without forcing. Two files for the acrylic parts are available in stl format. Manual cutting on 2mm soft plexiglass possible and done for me with Dremel (blade for metal cutting, then sanding tip). Rectangles of about 74mm x 30mm to be sanded so that it fits by clipping slightly. Sand the corners as well. Source files provided in dwg.
