Case for Raspberry Pi and New LiFePO4 UPS

thingiverse

This is a new case design for a Raspberry Pi 3B with the innovative LiFePO4wered UPS, available soon on lifepo4wered.com. To clarify, this UPS model has not yet hit the market but will be accessible shortly. Edit - A slight variation was added to the bottom of the case. The "Even Standoffs" version features standoffs all at the same height, allowing you to use the standoff as a nut for the M2.5 screws that secure the UPS board. The fan cutout is designed for a top-mounted 30mm fan, and I personally use a Pi-Fan purchased from Amazon. It doesn't produce a lot of air but still helps prevent stagnant air in the box. The baffle/skirt directs air towards the CPU and IO chips, ensuring efficient airflow. M2.5 screws keep the Pi firmly in place, while M3x25 screws secure the case halves together. The UPS has bolts and nuts to attach it securely to the Pi. Edit - The previous version of the bottom file featured uneven standoffs, which is why they are shorter for the two mounts opposite the HDMI side of the Pi board. This allows room for the bolts and nuts, although they still have a printed M2.5 thread.
