I designed a custom case for my Nokia 1020 cell phone using flexible filament like Ninjaflex. Having the phone but lacking a printer prompted me to create my own case since few options are available for this model. You can also use this design to make your own case (and maybe I'll have another one soon). \nUpdate: June 3, 2015\nJust got unlucky and cracked my screen because I couldn't print this phone case on a 3D printer - what irony! Instructions: This design was created in Creo (Pro Engineer) software. First, I modeled the phone's exact dimensions. Then I designed the custom case around it.
