This case contains an Amica nodemcu v2, a 0.96" OLED display, and a BME280 sensor. The BME280 is inserted into a pocket that can be easily sealed with elastic gum to minimize its impact from the controller's warmth. The rest of the components are secured using m2 screws (6x4mm or 4x14/16/20). The display is oriented by four pins, while a strip fixed in place by two screws holds it steady. Adding sockets at the corners would have pushed the display inward by about a millimeter, which was avoided. This case was designed for a bathroom thermometer that sends telegram messages if I forget to close the window and the bathroom gets cold. It includes many vents, a slimmer pocket with thicker walls, and a larger sensor window. The MCU sockets have been moved to the opposite side, allowing for better airflow between the top and bottom components. The voltage unit is now located away from the sensor instead of directly below it. Spherical feet on both the top and bottom ensure air can flow in and out freely. Version 2 significantly reduces temperature and humidity distortion (~2°C at 21-23°C). However, version 1 looks cleaner without all the vents. This project is not intended to be a precise thermometer but rather to detect changes in temperature or relative humidity. The distortion of absolute values has no impact on measuring changes accurately. The Thingiverse preview failed to display the _v2.stl file despite accepting a photo.
